Quality and environmental management

Safety valves protect our customers' plants and prevent damage to people and the environment. They are the last link in a security chain and must function when the situation requires it. For this high requirement, LESER has developed a quality management system that accompanies all phases of the product development of a safety valve.

The QM system is certified according to

Pressure Equipment Directive (PED) 97/23/EC resp. 2014/68/EU and EN ISO 4126-1

and other standards.

It begins in the development phase of a new product and ends with its environmentally correct disposal. All LESER employees work to ensure that standards are met and enforced in their workplaces. This applies worldwide, also to our subsidiaries and the sales and service partners.

In addition to LESER's own high quality standards, the requirements of the regulations and individual customer wishes form the basis of our actions. The acquisition and maintenance of worldwide approvals and certifications reflect this commitment of LESER.

Environmental Management

Environmental issues play an essential role in the planning and implementation of materials management and the production of LESER products. Adequate consideration of the impact on the environment is crucial for the nature and scope of these activities. Targeted environmental programmes reduce the impact on the environment to a minimum. The desire to continuously live the environmental protection ideal prompts LESER to select its investment with the necessary care. Maintaining certification to EN ISO 14001 provides the necessary framework for this.
